ArtsRaise

Fundraising infrastructure, built for the fine arts.

Why ArtsRaise

Maximize what you raise. Modernize how you run it.

Fine arts booster clubs — band, choir, orchestra, theater, visual art — carry real weight in keeping their programs alive. As school district budgets for the arts continue to shrink, booster-led fundraising isn't a nice-to-have anymore; it's often the difference between a program that thrives and one that just gets by. That puts real pressure on volunteers to raise real money, consistently, year after year.

The tools available today don't make that easier. Most fundraising platforms fall into one of two camps. The first takes a steep cut of what you raise — often 20–30% off the top, straight out of your program's pocket. The second markets itself as “free,” but only because it pressures your donors into covering a tip instead — which quietly shifts the cost onto the people you're asking to be generous, and often leaves them with a bad taste after giving.

Both types tend to offer limited customization and leave booster volunteers — who are already stretched thin — doing most of the heavy lifting by hand.

ArtsRaise is built differently: low fees, easy customization, and stronger engagement tools designed to help booster clubs raise more, with less manual effort and less friction for donors.

Currently in Beta

Now performing for a select run

ArtsRaise is in beta, working closely with a small number of high school fine arts booster organizations to build and refine the platform at real events, with real volunteers.

Coming Spring 2027

Opening to every fine arts booster club

Our goal is to open ArtsRaise to all high school fine arts booster clubs starting in Spring 2027 — bringing the same tools to every program that's been making do without them.
